E-Consult My Doctor app will facilitate secure, private e-consulting dialogs between a patient and his trusted doctor.  As important as interactions you have with a friend or loved one, our smartphone app is as easy and simple as an email or a text message conversation.

For an individual e-consultation, the maximum number of interactions that your doctor may elect to extend the dialog is 10 messages.   This allows for up to 5 messages for each person as additional information and clarifications that may be required.

Patients manage their own personal health record (PHR) content between doctor visits. The PHR contains:

• Current Medical and Surgical history,
• Current Medication list,
• Current Medication Allergy list

Additionally for a patient user’s convenience, vaccine history (patients and their dependents) can be managed and recalled for the whole family.  Users can set reminders for helpful memory prompting for health events: next appointment reminders, next vaccine intervals needed, etc..

Within one elegant app, an individual adult account holder will manage his PHR information and, additionally, his dependent’s PHR information.  A patient’s PHR information is required in order to engage in e-consults with your doctor.

Based on a user’s unique style and communication preferences, multiple media options are available to best communicate your perspective to the recipient user in a 1:1 e-consulting relationship:

text, voice/audio*, video*
